  The male pharmacist I spoke with was rude an unhelpful. Instead of calling me to advise that the insurance was not approving the prescription, I had to call to find out 2 days later. On top of that never did they call the insurance to verify the message I received stating the prescription was covered. Instead he just said I just ran it an it's not covered. Walgreens Islandia is my favorite pharmacy. They are very attentive and go above and beyond. I've also went to a 24hr Walgreens once for an emergency an also they went above and beyond. Ended up going to rite aid because the doctor accidental sent my sons prescription there. It's not far from me but will not be going there again! Very bad customer service.
